1. Do you offer a free demo class?

  • For 1-on-1 programs, one live demo session is free.
  • For group programs, recorded demo videos are provided.

3. How long is each class and course duration?

Each class is 1 hour.

B. Class Format & Learning Experience

1. Are the classes live or recorded?

We provide both live sessions and access to recordings.

2. How many students are there in each batch?

Group classes are limited to 10–20 students.
We also offer 1-on-1 sessions.

3. What teaching method do you follow?

We follow an interactive, activity-based teaching approach with real-life examples, practical tasks, and personalized feedback to ensure strong understanding and confidence.

4. What tools or platforms do you use for the classes?

Classes are conducted on Zoom, Google Meet, OneNote, Google Slides, and YouTube (for reference material).

5. What happens if a student misses a class?

Recorded sessions will be provided.

6. Do you offer 1-on-1 or customized sessions?

Yes, fully customized 1-on-1 programs are available.

7. How is student progress tracked and shared?

All progress is tracked through our Student LMS, and you receive access once you register.

D. Safety & Technical Requirements

What do students need to join the class?

A laptop, internet connection, and occasionally a notebook and pen.

2. How do you ensure safety for children during online sessions?

We follow safe-teaching practices, use secure meeting platforms, monitor sessions, and ensure only verified participants can join.

Yes, all sessions are conducted through private and secure links.

E. Payments, Refunds & Policies

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods.

2. Do you offer discounts?

No, only demo sessions are free.

3. What is your refund or cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with your course, we offer a full refund within 14 days, after deducting the cost of the classes you have already attended.
